As there was poor service in net work, my calls were frequently got disconnected. I called customer care to discuss this, But they denied saying they are not understanding the problem. After my 3-4 discussion with customer care, I sent a complaint to Nodal officer of Mumbai through email. The automated email has been sent saying they will take action within 7 days. Bit it’s a 20th day still they are not done anything... what a service they give.
