COMPLAINT REGARDING NO. PORTABILITY...
I WANT TO MAKE AN COMPLAINT AGAINST BHARTI AIRTEL SERVICES..
I AM THE CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL . 2 MONTHS BACK I WANTED TO CHANGE MY CURRENT SERVICE PROVIDER FROM AIRTEL TO BSNL.. AIRTEL COMPANY HAS ADVISED ME TO TAKE A PLAN AGAINST MNP PLAN .
I TOOK THAT PLAN . ACCORDING TO THAT I WS SUPPOSE TO GET SOME CHEAP CALL RATES WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO APPLICABLE ON MY NET AMOUNT . BUT THEY DIDN'T START THE SERVICE OF NEW PLAN WHICH WAS CHEAPER THAN THE EXISTING ONE . I GOT MY BILL OF 581./- SUPPOSE TO GET 150/- . I COMPLAINED THEM . THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THAT . AFTER AN MONTH AGAIN THEY CHARGED ME ACCORDING TO THE PREVIOUS PLAN . I WAS DISSATISFIED BECAUSE I AGAIN HAD TO PAY ACCORDING TO PREVIOUS RATES . THEY SHOULD HAVE STARTED NEW PLAN, ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICIES . SO I DIDN'T PAY THE BILL .
RIGHT NOW THEY HAVE NO CONCERNED ABOUT IT & CAUSE OF THIS I STRESSED BECAUSE I WAS CHEATED .I WANT YOU TO PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVISE BECAUSE I AM SUFFERING FROM BAD SERVICE FROM AIRTEL.
