AIRTEL SHOW ROOM - FRAUD BY BLOCKING NEW PREPAID CARD & ISSUING A NEW ONE, WHEN THE OLD ONE ITSELF REACTIVATED

Sir / Madam,

The below is the confirmation mail from airtel ([email protected]) stating that my airtel pre-paid connection was active. But this mail came later, when I was submitting the necessary document for the second time to airtel show room (Sarooj Communication - 3rd Block, Jayanagar) to activate my sim card. Instead, the incharge she was handling me, demanded that, I should purchase a new duplicate sim card. I did so, but found that my old simcard itself is working in one hour.

Got to know from 121 service that it was activation problem, that had been rectified and went to the show room to return the simcard, and told what was the real problem you haven't identified.

The customer handler in Saroj Communication is no at all accepting my request, instead, she played the tricks that your new sim card will be in operation with in 2 hours from now.

My question is, when the old simcard itself is working, what is the need to buy a duplicate simcard as demanded by the customer handler?

I request your esteemed concern to look into this dis-honest service provided by that airtel show room.

Please, find the mail from airtel stating that my simcard is active.
