Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased one data card from Air Tel on 7th of January and it worked well 1 month after that I changed rental plan to unlimited one. After changing to this plan, data card speed drasticallly reduced and finally not connecting to Net. I registeered no. of requests and all gone to vain. From last one month I am struggling a lot and no responce from Air Tel side. During this period I also lost my great carrier oppurtunity i.e my Post doctoral studies and mentally tortured and wasted my time by taking to customer care people.
Please suggest me what I have to do under these circumstances.
