Below is problem i earlier posted, This Problem got Solved But as they people from Vriti Infocomm has made me to Shop online through their site and they have promised to give a scratch Voucher and my Kit... They have not sent on my Adress Even I cantacted them on their number 01204087607 The person picked phone When i asked him about my kit gift voucher, he took my Mobile No. and said that Sir Our Customer Care TEAM will contact you regarding this and will tell you the ststus of your Matter. I have called them Two weeks before but Till now i have not got Any Answer or Call from that people... Still Waiting for Response... Have they people Cheated with me... foolished to purchase from them by giving statement that you will get a Gift from ourside and now even they sometimes not pick my phone...
Previous Problem:
I had submitted the details online on Airtel Digital TV web site, and then I was contacted by their executed on phone and that executive send me a mail containing the links to view Airtel Digital TV offers and to buy it online
I paid the amount 1800. acc. to their instruction on phone and they told me that i will get a mail regarding the Kit No. of Digital TV within 3 hours. but i have not got the mail
