I am puneet gupta from ludhiana punjab

I have purchased dth airtel box in october month my id number is

3000048101

and stb id is 32766650611

I have given rupee 3500 for this as i required all channels and my package

name

is ULTRA

I have just completed a month and i have started receiving messages to

recharge

it as i was told while buying that six month service would be free and i

have

even charged three copen of 500 each received with it

I had talked with Mr Gaurav in airtel Dth ludhiana but no response

Kindly help me on this issue

I have spended 3500 rupees and still i am not getting the service
