Charging money for Airtel Live Services which have neither been recieved nor asked for

For the past four weeks I have been charged multiple times for downloading of games, themes and wallpapers from Airtel Live, when in fact I have neither attempted to download anything from Airtel Live nor have I recieved any of the services for which I have been charged. Every notification I have recieved has caused fifteen to ninety nine rupees to be cut from my prepaid balance. During each 'incident' I have recieved four or five such notifications 'thanking' me for downloading of Airtel Live services which I have neither asked for nor recieved. A whopping Rs.200/- have been cut during a single day. The amount would probably have been more, except there was nothing left in my balance to cut. In all I have lost upto Rs.700/- in prepaid charges. Complaints made to customer care have been fruitless and their so-called 'customer sales executives' have been unhelpful.
