I am holding a land line & a mobile connection of Air Tel under the Max Magic plan containing the nos. as 0124-4140620 and 9818279987 respectively. I have made a cash payment on 4th of march at one of your esteemed outlet in Gurgaon city, Since the very same day I am regulary getting calls from the prestigious organisation that they could not trace the payment. I have given all the details such as receipt no., date of payment, payment made at etc.
It is really a nasty act which is being played by the AirTel. This is now a usual act for last 3 to 4 months.
One more issue is there related to the max magic plan that is when I opted the same plan no information was given to me related to the limitaion of the Max Magic plan Which are :-
1) I can not take information or enquire at 121.
2) I can not Enquire on the no. printed on my all bills.
3) I can not avail the broad band facility on the same connection.
4) Whenever I enquire the Airtel Executives always suggest me to change the plan.
I think this is part of misinformation and misguiding the customer causing creempyness to me and some more customers like me.
I just want to have the tender way to sort out the issue.
