we are having 13 mobile connections with you for the past several years under
CUG plan, in fact 2nos are from the beginning of your company
our monthly average billing is Rs:1-
since about 4months my telephone No 9845021449 gets blocked for no fault of
mine i have lodged several complaints (i happen to be the MD of this company) i
have spoken personally to Ms Chandrakala, Ms priyadharshini and Mr Sathya
several times
each time they promise that they have set the account in order and this will
not repeat but today also my number is blocked.
the mistake is from your accounts department
I am fedup with the arrogance of you people we are not beggars here to beg you
each morning to release the number after paying the fee also,
you are providing 3 rd class service, i urge your top management to take note
of this
As a mark of protest we will be surrendering 6 mobile connections in the first
phase, in the second we will surrender the balance 7 numbers also
Dear Madam,
please note the contents of the forwarded message and also go through all the recorded messages
since about 5 months my number has been blocked almost everyday all due to wrong posting of the payment by your accounts department
I was made to suffer as the Gen manager of our company we have expierenced huge loss (i lost connectivity when i was out of station for Tenders)
there is a min of meeting also in this regard
after writing such a strong letter Ms priyadarshini called us and told she will meet us and sort things out but she has not turned up
TODAY ALSO MY NUMBER HAS BEEN BLOCKED
i will go public about this problem in newspaper and online fourms and also i am approching the consumer fourm for deficency in service and damages,
we have been extremly patient and soft in this matter your people have taken this as a sign of weekness,
during a confrence call Priyadarshini asked Mr sathya not to block this number since the problem is from Airtel but still it is getting blocked
by the month end we have decided to surrender 6 connection
balance in next stage
you people claim to be the largest service provider but with 3rd class customer care you will not go any further but only go down
