2. Here are some of the names from whom I get contacted and asked them about my e-re-charge of Rs 111/- My mobile No 9981370061 of Bilaspur Chhattisgarh.

[d] 30/1 Mr No name has been given when asked at 2000h. However, complaint number given as 3013062166800 and said that your balance will be confirmed by 01 Feb.
I have e-re-charged of Rs 111/- on 16 Jan and when I saw the balance which has not been reflected, I contacted the above named reference but to my surprise they only assurred me but neither given me my balance nor they have taken cognizance to get it activated, which shows their lackadaisical attitude with the customer.
It is also submitted that till date no confirmation on my balance is given and bound me to take up the case in the knowledge of higher authority of Airtel. Previously also I have made my complaint which is still held in abeyance, the cause is not known.
May I be now acquainted with the balance of my e-recharge and get me all the details forthwith.
If the case is held in abeyance then I am certainly to be compensated for the delay of Airtel administration, otherwise I will have to consult the consumer forum. If the problems still persists I will be forced to unsubscribed the airtel.
Airtel is always broadcasting of good service through TV ad etc whereas there are many victims like me facing the difficulty to get the balance. Your customer care staff be counselled for the irresponsible behaviour and not giving me the identity which requires your clarification immediately. I submit my complaints for your perusal and early reply please. Confirm me on my mobile given followed in email.
