Airtel - Worst Service Provide

Airtel has directly activated a vulgar hello tune on my parent's phone - 9860071238, we tried to deactivate the tune but there is no response on the customer care center.

Airtel don't have any customer care executives to talk with on their Customer Care Number 9890098900.

This looks to be Worst Service provider of Telecoms segment in India...
