VERY POOR SERVICE OF AIRTEL

I have taken a new AIRTEL prepaid lifetime SIM on 30-06 & then i recharge with Rs.498/- for unlimited internet. Then customer care persons told me that within 48hrs you can access it.but i failed more funny thing that i am calling 12118 number, automatically it diverted to 121 & customer care persons harass me & can't beleive me, lastly cut the phone. They are telling that my handset (N72) is not updated to them.

so i cant get the MOBILE OFFICE settings for using internet.

AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE PERSON'S BEHAVIOUR ARE VERY VERY BAD & AIRTEL SERVICE IS MORE BAD.

AFTER 3TIMES CALLING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE NO CONNECTION TO SERVICE CENTRE WITHIN 24hrs.

PLEASE HELP ME.
