With reference to the complaint lodged on 20/3 at 11.15am regarding the non-receipt of any incoming call in my mobile no REF:148598913869 (Orissa Circle), I regret to let you know that till now the problem has not yet been solved. Would you please let me know how much more time you require to restore the service.
