It has been almost 4 days that I have been trying to activate Saathi Plan on my Air Tel-Sim Card (as special offer floated by the company in the market), but there has been a very poor response from the customer care executives that I have interacted with. They handle complaints so casually as if the customers have all the time in the world to listen to their crap. I strongly object and recommend that Air Tel Owner's should take strong action before things really go bad. Whenever I called up I asked that I should be connected to the Senior Manager available, but was given the answer to my surprise that he can not come! This has really irritated me a lot and have spoiled my days in a row. I had been using Hutch Services earlier, but till date had not faced any complaints. I was the VVIP customer of theirs and had got all the respect that I expect as a customer. I know writing this also will not make much of a difference, but if you still strive to achieve excellence this mail could be of great help to you and your company as well.
