After buying a sim from airtel and getting recharged for an year Airtel blocks the number and finishes it giving an excuse that we have not received your docs. Somebody tell me that at the time of activation they first ask for docs. and then they activate the no. Then how can they say that they have not received the docs. And this is not the last thing, they also sell that no. to other customer. When you have sold a no. to one customer and got it recharged for an year after receiving the payment do they have right to sell the same no.within three months to another customer. Is this not a fraud to the customer? Kindly stop this wrong practise immediately.
