Different components given / Refuse to provide bill or return

I send my employee to buy Elecronic components from :

This dealer provided my employee mostly wrong value components, Cspacitors, Fuses, Resistances with very ugly finish and look like very OLD stock. When I requested him to replace the components with correct ratings he simply denied me that THE PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE RETURNED . We have even enclosed samples with the employee and he still handed over him OBSOLETE and old stock to him. When we asked for a Bill he just denied, that we buy SMUGGLED goods and do not provide bill.

I request other people to be carefull to deal with this cheat. I havent even come across ONE such dealer in Lajpat rai market who doesnt return wrongly given products.
