No proper supply of refill cylinders

We at villivakkam public had a lot of issues with this agency, regarding the supply of refill cylinder.

Many from Villivakkam had launched a complaint towards this agency with the respective department ..no one has taken any action against this firm.

The agency providing worst service to the customers and they weren't answering in polite manner..always we rang up the office the phone says that 'out of order/busy mode' and also when ever we made a call against our booking by default they took min 10-15 days for cylinder supplying.

Respective department pls take the necessary action...
