Dear sir,

I took loan from bajaj finance from anand branch. it is been more than 10 months and i have not still got the senction letter indicating your terms and conditions.

MR. Hitesh Patel have taken CHAQUE of 824 as a processing charge. i did not get any proper explanation of the same and when i taked to him he was using abusing language.

do you treat your customers like this when you are not able to give the explanation? Kindly look into the matter and revert at your earliest.

my loan account statement agreement no:431058465 and my regn.no: 230098.

I have complain to bazaj finance more then three times but he did not give any replay. so sir pls give me a replay.
