Dear sir/madam,
I had one consignment on dated on 12/03 from Bangalore to Gangavati (dist Koppal), but till date is not delivered. When i had sent a e-mail given on official web site on dated 16/03, but i had not received any reply from them. It was confirmed by the bangalore office that they are not having mail excess in their office. It is clear case of fraud information given on official website to misguide the customers. kindly do the needful.
