WHEN CONTACTED FOR NON DELIVERY ON 29.06, WAS INFMD SENDG TODAY, BUT NO DELIVERY, AGAIN ON 30.6.10, 1/7 AND 2/7 MORNING SAME REPLY.BUT NO DELIVERY. THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME COMPLAINT .WHEN ONCE PERSONALY ENQUIRED, BLAME WAS ON DELIVERY MAN.DELIVERY
MAN PROOFED THAT BOOKING SLIP WAS NOT GIVEN TO HIM I ASKED FOR COMPLAINT BOOK, WAS TOLD COMPLAIN BOOK LOST. PLEASE HELP, COMPLAINT ON PHONE TO CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIME .HOPE THIS TIME OUR COMPLAINT WILL BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY
