Charging more than MRP

Hi,

My name is Anil. I am writing this mail to complain about a departmental stores who is charging 5% MORE than MRP for people who are making payment using Sedexho Coupons. I went to this stores today at 2:15PM (4th April 09) and bought a 500ML Coke with a 2Ltrs Royal Challenge mineral water bottle. The moment I mentioned I was paying by coupon, the store owner told me that will cost me 5% more than MRP.On asking him why should I pay more because he is not giving me a discounted price, he said thats how it is If you want you take it or simply give me cash, dont talk too much!!! These were the words he said.

I believe that If a consumer is paying with coupons then he is not entitled for any discounted sale and has to pay as per MRP.
