We Akshay Controls & Systems Pvt. Ltd. at CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai,
Presently we are using your 14 mobile and one landline connections in which four mobile connections are being taken newly.
For the said new 4 mobile connections we have extremely bad experience as narrated below. As per our request for four more new mobile connections at Reliance customer care Mr. Harish Shetty (Mb. 93203 32627 later he changed the mb no. 93200 22227) visited our office on 09.07.08 introducing himself as a reliance owned employee / zonal officer from reliance corporate office with producing his visiting card.
He offered following scheme.
1. Four new connection will have continues to our existing serial numbers. (existing numbers are 9320252270 to 78 and new numbers are 93202 52279 to 82)
2. All old and new connection will have single CUG .
3. All new connection will have Rs. 300 talk time free with corporate plan.
4. Rental charge will be 199/- per month.
5. 1 year warranty for instrument.
Apart from sr. no. 1 & 4 offered scheme have been fulfilled and rests are remain unresolved till today & the same is disclosed when we recd mobile bills for new connection. (many calls/contact, many days took place to get fulfill each offer).
We wish to demonstrate the pathetic story on the issue; kind request to go through.
As per requirement for four new connection, we made an enquiry at your Reliance online customer care on 05.07.08 subsequently Mr. Harish Shetty (as described above) visited after three days & he made lot of commitments & assurance regarding our requirements. Also he introduced Mr. Atit Jain -Zonal Manager (Mb. 93200 12121) to contact for any further problems with regard to service or anything. But unfortunately he also remained unable to solve our problems even after talking to him several times.
Mr. Shetty had taken of Rs. 2500/- for 3 Classic 702 @ 500.00 each & 1 LG @ 1000.00 each instrument to get fulfill for offered scheme. As per Mr. Harish Shetty all these said activity will take place in next after 1 day, but 5 days after making many calls he delivered only instruments (no bill) which are found 2 instruments found defective just 10 days after delivery. To get activate our choice number it took 11 days i.e. on 18.07.08 and meantime we have made many calls to him every time he is giving false & fake response to our calls and apart from two / three calls were very funny and shameful attended & replied in such a way that 'this is a complete wrong number & no need to ask my name & I also no need to disclose my name' even if the number & voice which completely belongs to Harish Shetty. Further we contacted various concerned officers like Mr. Subhash, M/s. Simjal, M/s Shweta - at Ghatkoper office Tel no - 3247 1722, Mr. Atit Jain (Mb. 93200 12121), Mr. Dharmendra, Mr. Dimple from your corporate office, various franchisee's, corporate office Tel no. 3297 8900 (no response / always busy) & online customer care etc.
We are not going to pay any amount further till the time this issue gets resolved.
We hereby requested to Reliance communication group including all concerned officers to resolve the problem as early as possible and take a proper action against all these misdeeds.
Your earliest action in this regard is highly appreciated.
