REFUND NOT RECEIVED

Complaint: I''m a MTNL Landline and broadband subscriber (tel #

011-26683113 CA 2033222082). I got my IPTV connection on 29/12

and paid Rs.999/- vide cheque # 851605 dated 28/12 form # DL 00017968

as refundable security.

Due to poor after sales service and reception, I decided to discontinue

the connection.

I submitted application to MTNL for disconnection on 26th feb and

requested them for refund of Rs.999/- which is to be given by AKSH

OTIFIBRE.

The IPTV connection got disconnected by 28th feb.

MTNL issued OB # 3839 On 27th feb.

Inspite of making requests for refund to AKSH OPTIFIBRE ON 31/03

COMPLAINT # D090331/59 AND on 13/04 request # D090413/62, No one from

AKSH OPTIFIBRE has responded. They neither picked up the set top box nor

refunded the security deposited.
