Issue of improper ticket

Self have booked a ticket on 7th aug (e-ticket no : 1763170324452/53) on the above name and wife mrs shimali kant on the bis self going as student and wife as a dependant which are entitled for 23 23 kg of baggage allowance on a student ticket .but he said its only on paper and at airport its allowed.but when at the airport nobody allowed me to check in more than 20 kg each .as i am going as student i had to discard lot of important items and books in order to reduce my luggage.i called up the agent from the airport itself but he never answered the phone.

i have booked my return flights with emirates with same booking agent but request to INCREASE MY BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE FOR 23 KG MORE ON MY AND MY WIFES RETURN TICKET.

PLEASE RAISE THIS ISSUE WITH THE BOOKING AGENT SUCH AGENTS MAKE A BAD REPUTATION OF SUCH AIRLINES .
