Non-receipt of PAN Card after 24.07.2009

Dear Sir

I RAMAVTAR SHARMA S/o BRIJ MOHAN SHARMA (Date of Birth - 13.09.1967) Mobile no.9350870910 submitted papers for name correction in PAN Card (PAN no.-BTEPS0789N).

Till today I have not received my new PAN card after doing necessary correction as more than ONE month has already lapsed.
