CONFIRMATION CALL AND SBI CARD NOT RECEIVED

Sir,

I was applying SBI IRCTC Railway card by online. Last 3rd February i got a call from Bangalore Reg. SBI Credit Card. They said that you are eligible for the SBI Railway card, and we will send one representative to your office and he will collect your details”. But I already sent an application form with my all documents on 3rd April. Yet I am not receiving any confirmation calls.

* Yesterday I called customer care (1800 180 1295) an executive said there is no SBI Railway card available for your place. But another executive said process is going on your place and we don’t k0onw confirm.

* Again i called customer care (390 212 212) another executive said SBI Railway Card is available for your place. He said that send one more application form to Gurgaon Address. So, I sent it again.

I don't know which is true? Please process it immediately.
