Subject: - NON AVAILABILITY OF PARTS FOR A BRAND NEW TRUCK
Sir,
We had purchased one COWL Chassis through your dealer M/s.R.S.Ajit Singh & Co. (Automotives) Pvt. Ltd. 984/12, Basasnt Vihar Sonepat (Haryana) vide Invoice No. VSS/00027 on 12-11 & subsequently the delivery was taken by M/s. Hardev Body Builders from Alipur Workshop on 12/11/09 (on behalf of Alliancz) for the needful.
At the time of delivery we had been assured by Mr. Anil Khanna G.M. (Marketing) that a set of approx. ten parts for the front show (for a Cowl Chassis) will be delivered to you latest be Nov.25th. Strictly on payment basis and we were ready to pay the same immediately.
In the month of December we were referred by Mr. Anil Khanna to Mr. Ashok Verma (Works Manager) of M/s.R.S. Ajit Singh & Co. at Alipur Workshop to discuss the above subject. We would have preferred to buy a cabin than a cowl if we were never to be given the desired parts. Now, Mr. Khanna feels most reluctant to discuss this subject & expresses his irritation to be talking to us. He has never responded back or deputed anyone for the above meager job. These parts have so far been a distant dream for us. We were compelled to visit your workshop personally to meet Mr. Ashok Verma even on 09/10 but to be disappointed as earlier.
Now you are very humbly requested to kindly look into our Return on Investment & also the loss of business that the company would have really done so far in the last Five months & cut down on our transportation cost. Will M/s. Eicher prefer to send us the desired parts OR get us compensated for the above delay for the past & future?
I am sorry to say that the vehicle is still stranded in the premises of at Hardev Body Builders, Siraspur, Delhi like a half baked bacon.
It is really sad to inform your kindself that such an unexpected behavior of Mr. Khanna has resulted in the loss of business of Two Chassis that have already been purchased by our company on 15th Mar.2010 from your competitor M/s. TELCO. We had promised Mr. Khanna for our additional purchase of two vehicles in the very first interaction with him.
