Power Theft

I live in a rural area. Every landlord in this village charges Rs 5 per unit. My landlord has 20 rooms which he has rented and receives around Rs 6000 as ELECTRICITY BILL from his tenants but pays only Rs 400 to 500 every month. Reason behind it is - he uses electricity legally during the day-time only.

He is involved in huge power theft. He is not alone. Almost everybody in this village is involved in the same.

I visited some consumer complaint sites and found that there are many complaints filed like this.

Why don't you people take some action. Are you too involved in this?
