Not giving the payment of F.D.R after 7.5 yrs

Sir, we made 2 F.D.R on date.17-01-1998 Rs.10, 000 each, No.(EC-310431, EC310432) named Shashi Bansal & Deepti Agarwal. Mature Date is 17-01. We also send regd.notice on 04-08, till now we didnot receive the payment. So, please help us.
