Following problems faced by me for sending my packet through Professional Courier :
- Request for pick up given on 15.01.09 afternoon at Nehru Ground, Faridabad Branch. Pick up was confirmed and the packet was supposed to be picked up at 5 pm.
- When it was not done at 5 pm, we called at around 5.30 pm to comfirm and the time was postponed to 6 pm.
- We waited till 7 pm and tried calling up but all in vein. Nobody picked up the phone.
- The pick up was done next day (16.01.09) evening at 5 pm on the confirmation that the packet will be delivered to the consignee on Saturday (17.01.09 00).
- Packet was not delivered on 17.01.09.
- I had to literally beg for the status of the packet but nobody was able to give any information.
After this experience, this is the last time our company has booked any packet with Professional Couriers. It is the worst courier company that i have ever seen.
