Delivery delay

Hi,

I have booked one Maruti Alto Lxi on 31/07 in Popular Vehicles and Services LTD, Thodupuzha, Kerala. My papers and everything were ready a weeks ago. i am still waiting for my car.. everyday i am calling the service station and getting same reply like "will call you back and let you know". till now i didnt get any call from their side.. please do something..

i thought Maruti has the best costumer satisfaction. this is too much.
