Bad service of MARUTI SUZUKI/APRA

Myself Rajet Kumar and regret to inform you that i was on the way by yesterday and my car had stopped on the way near Manesar and i was calling to APRA, Apra has given me the No. of MARUTI HELP LINE which is 01139891515 and after calling on this number no body was responding in proper way and saying like this that i can not help you and you call on this no. which is 9910202020 and after calling on this number i was waiting for positive response and after 20-22 minutes waiting that customer care executive VIKAS was saying that i can not help you. on that time i was very surprised that MSIL is one of the good company and i was trusting that brand but that type of stupid service after sales i was looking first time. we spen one hour on that way on NH-08 and at last we call the recovery crane and spend 2500/- INR and then got repairist then we gone to home at 10:30 pm in ninght. if it was my mistake to buy the MARUTI SUZUKI car then i apologise for the same. but i will complain this is Consumer court to pay this amount, because this car i have brought in Nov'08 and it is still under warranty period.

so i am requesting you kindly lookinto the matter and do fast and satisfactory service to customer so that this type of bad service cannot be suffered in future.
