Renewal of passport No: A1726996 (Application File no F021475)
Dear Sir
I work for a company M/S Amadeus India which deals in Aviation related services. As a part of my profile I need to travel extensively across globe.
As per my current assignment i am required to travel to Singapore.
I had applied for my renewal of passport no: A1726996 (File no F021475) on 09TH July considering I have sufficient time to get this reissued before my date of travel.
Unfortunately verification had happned only on 13th Sep09. At this pace in passport processing time i will not be able to make it to conference in Singapore as there is going to be lot of time required for processing same passport post police verification.
I herby want to request you to please provide an early assistance to reissue my passport since its expected my file to be back in passport office by 16th Sep09.

I thought you will consider my request and provide me an early assistance to reissue my passport. I could be available at passport office at very short notice to collect passport so that i can able to skip 05 days which are usually lost in transit.
