Kindly note that I am a consumer of Indane LPG with M/S Jai Jawan Gas Service, D-493, Palam Extension, Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110075, since November. My consumer ID is 30744. I have the following complaints against the distributor:

1. The LPG distributor does not deliver LPG on time. Reaching the distributor over phone is extremely difficult and time-consuming. Subsequently, customer service is very poor.

2. Inspite of my weighing the LPG cylinder each time, a cylinder does not last for more than 10-12 days even when the consumption is negligible. I suspect some foul play in this regard in terms of filling of sand, water, etc in the cylinders to increase the weight.

3. In the previous LPG cylinder, there was a leakage in the seal but to my utter disappointment, the so-called "24-hour" helpline kept going engaged and when I did get through, someone just hung up without registering my complaint. I reported this to the person who usually delivers LPG to me, certain Rajvir but was told that he is not concerned about leakages and that he just delivers LPG cylinders. Soon after I called up the customer care, and was told by them that the delivery man has to satisfy the customer in terms of weight, and check for leakage, seal breakages, etc. I feel that both the parties are passing the buck, instead of trying to address the matter.

I hope that this matter is resolved immediately.
