Dear Sir,
I joined M/s Ambarasoftware technologies pvt ltd. as a Project Lead and relieved from the company on last Oct 30. Despite of all efforts I did not get my PF amount credited to my account number.

I am Pramod Kumar served as Project Lead in the software department, who had resigned from my service with Ambarasoftware due to my senior's request. And I had relieved from my service on 30th Oct and now its almost 4 months over. Unfortunately I did not get my PF amount even though I completed the document formalities for the same.
I write this mail after contacting the HR Department (By phone and mail) of the company and even few seniors but now with a lost confidence as I am not getting the proper response and reason why its getting that much delayed.
I hope you will kindly make a solution for the same.

Hope you are doing fine! Its only with your quick action, I could be able to get my relieving letter. Thanks a lot to stand for your team. Again once more I need your valuable attention to solve one more serious matter which is pending.
Unfortunately my PF amount is not credited to my account even after 4 months completed since I left Ambara. Inspite of my repeated reminder, telecalls to the HR guys till date I couldn't get a favourable reply.
Kindly resolve this issue and sorry to disturb you for such petty issues.
