APC.
Dear Sir,
Your company has been acting very funny regarding the service of the
apc unit i bought, by pure badluck.
It has never worked from day one. When the power goes, the back up also goes.
No body did a thorugh testing and addressed the problem from day 1.
I THINK THERE IS ALSO A BIG SCAM TARGETTING GULLLIBLE CUSTOMERS LIKE US.
The APC unit and battery have been both replaced by old used units
which also dont work.
It looks like now my moneys worth is down the drain. I NEED MY NEW
UNIT&BATTERY BACK.
As you also ensure no one service partner services us so that we
cannot pinpoint who the culprit is... I THINK YOU ARE THE SOURCE OF
THIS SCAM.
If i dont receive any action immediately i have to escalte the issue...
But let me tell you your company is low class in service and far from
a wrold leader...
