Repairing Problems

Hi,

I purchased one luggege bag from Durgapur City centre (Big Bazar), It cost was 3200 INR, after one trip of USA that american tourister bag was getting spoil as its handle was broken. After coming from outside i went to Big Bazar for repairing as it had 3 years international gurrenty. but there that people are telling we can not repair and it will require 3 months for reapairing. This is a very bad impression which i have for american tourister. Kindly can anyone help me in this regards
