Amity business school/hostel food
Charging tax without providing bill

I am student of amity business school, noida.i m putting up in hostel.from yesterday (28/03/09) hostel mess started charging tax on food (20 rs thali is now costing 25 rs).but they are not providing any bill.

is it fair???
