Sub: Complain of not receiving the milk on the routine scheduled time.
We are distributor of Amul Milk since last five years in the Vastral, Area of Ahmedabad.
We are not getting the milk since last 7 days when we have asked the reason for this to the Area Sales Manager. When we didn't receive the proper feedback then we went to their Gandhinagar (Mother Dairy) Branch and the reason got by them was that:
You will not get the milk for selling because you are not selling the Amul Ice-Cream. When we denied to do that they stopped to deliver milk from the next day. We don't want to sell the Amul Ice-cream due to following reasons:
1.We have tied up with Vadilal Industries Ltd for selling Ice-cream and we much satisfied with their service and we don't want to sell any other company's purchase. Even we have made the agreement for this with M/s Vadilal Industries Ltd.
2.Whereas there is not much qualitative ice-cream compare to anyother ice-cream
3.Amul Company has never given any such services compare to Vadilal Industries so how can we entrust that they will give the better service for selling the Ice-cream.
I want to understand that do we have a such policy in our country where we have purchase the other product for getting a needed products.
