Indane Gas Agency phone all the time busy

Dear Sir/Madam

There is a gas agency named United Gas Agency in Rajinder Nagar- Sahibabad -U.P.Their phones are all the time busy, what is the reason I dont know, they have two phone only. For booking gas generaly

I use to call them on daily basis 50 times. If I get I am lucky otherwise I have to go to agency.

In Delhi their are a system of booking gas by computerzied telephone, it is very easy they deliver gas after 2-3 days. But here no solution.

Suggestion :- Plase develop a system for online booking thru internet on computerized telephone for gas or paying electricity. it would be more convenient to the many customers.
