Non-activation of new hand set

I have purchased one new LGRD 3000 hand set in place of lost hand set. My no. is 09393772342 it is purchased in corporate account. The sim no isRECR SC01 9569 011 AND HAND SET FCC ID IS ;;BEJRD 3000 and S/N No.710CYEA3146996. But the activation message passed by RIL web world in Hyderabad but Due to server problem the activation not processed, When I am dialing *228 it asking PIN no.

Pl.activate my no. and put it in working condition.
