Pf cheque send but not received

Respected Sir/Madam

Myself Augustin D'souza x-employee of Andromeda marketing pvt ltd pune 411001 (PF no MH/41081/14276 & Employee id:701990). I had applied for PF in my x-company .and according to that they had submitted my EPF form to EPF office (Bandra Mumbai) on 5 Nov.but on 30/05 i got message that your pf is settled and cheque (cheque no:969426 & 936868) has been send to your bank (sanmitra sahakari bank kondwa branch pune). But still the cheque is not received by the bank nor my x-office.so it my humble request to you plz send the cheque to my residential address given below.
