PF Claim Balance not received in A/C

Good Evening Sir/ Madam

my Self Kishor M. Patil From Pune, Maharashtra. i am ex-employee of Andromeda Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Before 2 yrs Back i am left that job but still today onward i am received my PF amount in my A/C.

when i left the job after 3 month i am submit my PF Form in Respected Andromeda Pune Office. after that two time i am submit my form again in Andromeda office becoz they loss my 1st form & they says submit your form with bank form.

so now 3 time i got conformation SMS from Bandra PF Office also i am receiving letter regarding PF amt Cheque dispatch for withdrawn to credit my PF amount in my A/C.

Status: Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (MHBAN00410810000032584) has been settled. Payment sent through cheque No 941481 dated 30.08.2011. cheque amt. Rs. 10176/- (Rs. Ten Thousand one Hundred Seventy Six only)

i am verify with bank every day but bank say we are not received any kind of letter from bandra pf office for A/C cheque/ Letter for Credit in your A/C

So i don't have any idea about this mistake of Bank otherwise Bandra PF office or whatever.

before this complaint i am submitting my complaint 2 time but no any one responding for complaint.

Please check Detail & Do as Possible...

its very Urgent...

Becoz from last 18 months i am waiting for my own money...
