Cheque book not received along with the starter kit of new saving cum salary account

This is to bring to your notice that i have a salary cum saving account with your back since sept'09, i have recd a starter kit just few days ago, after opening that kit i had found that cheque book was not attached in the starter kit. hence pls do the needful at the earliest
