As there are already so many complaints against this agency (Anju Placement Agency), here is one more! We were in need of a maid (semi trained) and we're promised that this would be done in 1 day's time. The rep. from Agency came like lightening to pick up the booking amout (Rs. 2000), only after which they can arrange the maid. We made the booking on the 10th Sep'11 and we were told that the maid will be arranged the next day. The agency kept delaying and finally after 1 week of phone calls, we gave up!! Since then we've asked the agency guys to send us the refund!! Everytime we call, a new guy pics the call and keeps delaying saying it'll be done next week!! Somehow that week of theirs never comes!!! Also, everytime we ask them for the refund, they say they need 1 week to process the refund. I wonder which MNC is this who need so many approvals to arrange a refund.
