Am traveling regularly between Kottayam and Bangalore for business purposes. the tragedy i face is that none of the enquiry counters will pick their phones up while we call. Some times we may come and wait for hours. some time the train may come at correct time. Kindly help. Usually i don t believe that the complaints will be addressed and common man will get a help.
