India times has taken advance and do not deliver money

Dear Sir,

It has been more than 6 months india times has taken money from us in advance and

promised to deliver product in 6 days. It is now almost 6 month they have not delivered

the product. I want my money back .. I have give them No of Reminder ..

Even there manager is not responding... Pls let mewhat is a procedure to get refund ..
