A representative of Anuj Gas agency, Fatehgunj, Safron Tower, Vadodara contacted to visit our house for checking gas pipe etc. but we told him not to come as only children are at home and he may come some other day, however he did not keep our request and reachd our house and forcibly entered the house threatening my children that he has to do his job and he will check the gas connection and will prepare report, my children were scared and they resisted and requested that he should come another day or talk to parents but the representative was not ready to hear and misbehaved with my children and threatened that he will submit adverse report about our gas pipe if we will not take new pipe from him and on his report we will not be able to get our refill in future till we take new pipe from him. After much resistance from my children he left threatening that he will see that our gas connection is cancelled and face the consequences. I request appropriate authorities to intervene in the matter and instruct the Gas agency to take necessary step against the employee for his misbehavior and forceful selling of accessories against rules. The agency is also refusing to book our gas and compelling us to take new pipe from them and then only they shall book refill.
It is requested to take up the matter at appropriate level and intruct the agency to stop harrassing innocent customer like us, else I shall be forced to take appropriate legal action against the agency.
