Dear Sir,
With extreme frustrations, I'am writing this complaint. My family is suffering because of Anusha Gas Agency with poor service, as I have 2 cylenders and we book regulalry as per norms. Due to thier negligence they have not delivered one cylender which and say door was locked.
I will be on travelling for 15days atleast in a month, now both cylenders are empty since 15 days and we are having lunch and dinner in Hotel.
Even after requesting to help they say no stock, due to thier negligence myself and my family suffering from home food and daily we are having hotel food, and we have a small baby of 2 year, how long we can have hotel food.
Please help, or change my service provider to other agency, am fedup with these people working over there and behaviour as if they think we are begging for cylenders
