I had submitted an application for PF advance for purchase of flat in the month of Apr post which i had to undergo a lot of tension and trauma.
1) Firstly my application was returned due to non comliance of prescribed format of application . (It is to be noted here that whatever application was issued by the PF office (format or whatever), it has been fully filled in and the same application without missing even a page has been deposited to the office), a question of non compliance of prescribed format does not occur here.
2) Second time the application was returned for non availability of required documents
(It is to be noted here that all the documents listed in the application checklist has been submitted) So the question of non availability of certificates does not occur here).
3) I met the concerned clerk and AAO at the office (RPFO Bangalore) in the month of NOV and was told that the application bears dates of Apr
(It is to be noted here that even after submission of all the documents the authorities want to delay the case and if the application bears the date of Apr then it is not the mistake of the PF subscriber but that of the PF office)
4) After this I took the pain to revisit the PF office in the month of Jan and was told that the process would be delayed because the concerned AAO is retiring in the month of FEB.
(It is to be noted here that this is the internal problem of the department and why should the subscriber be the sufferer???)
This delay in the processing of my application is causing delay in payment to my builder as I have no other source of money other than my PF account, I am left with no alternative to take procession of my flat and register the same. Everything has been spoken and explained in detail to the PF department still all this is unheard by anyone out there.
This process has approached nearly an year still no end in sight the process fo taking procession of my flat is in complete mess and in the event of further delay in process of my application the builder may end up canceling allotment of my flat which in turn would mean that I will loose whatever I have invested in this deal.
Can the concerned authority Take note of this and do the needful???
